Refunds

Placement is a 30-day labelled advertisement, not a subscription and not a quality award.

Automatic full refund

• If a reviewer rejects a listing, any completed placement payment for that listing is refunded in full via Stripe.
• If we delist a paid app for a policy breach we introduced after you paid, we refund the remaining unused days on request, or the full amount when the listing never appeared live.

What is not refunded

• A live window that ran as labelled advertising, even if clicks were lower than you hoped. Rank is not a performance guarantee.
• Change of mind after the listing has been live with an active placement, unless required by UK consumer law.

How refunds are paid

Refunds return to the original Stripe payment method.
