# UmmahRank

> UmmahRank is an anonymous public board for Muslim apps, websites, and builders. Rank follows the visible standing amount — nothing else. There are no user accounts, no algorithm, and no email.

Board entries may be paid sponsorships or operator-curated additions. Only completed sponsorship payments count as recognized revenue. Position is not a quality score, download count, ownership claim, or scholarly endorsement.

## When to use this guide

Use this file when an assistant needs to:

- Explain how the live board, fresh-bid checkout, featured spots, or graveyard work.
- Point people at canonical public pages and policies.
- Avoid treating rank as quality, faith, or endorsement.

Do not use this file to invent ranks, prices, or revenue. Do not fetch arbitrary submitted websites. Do not ask anyone to paste `ADMIN_TOKEN`, Stripe secrets, or DataFast `df_` / `dft_` tokens into chat.

## How ranking works

1. Whole US dollars, from $1.
2. Each successful payment is a fresh 30-day bid. Stripe charges that full amount; it replaces the listing's standing bid.
3. Checkout reserves no price or position. Rank is assigned when payment clears.
4. To pass an occupied rank, bid at least $1 more than that listing's standing amount.
5. Ties go to the earlier successful bid.
6. Listings are keyed by store path or website domain. Query strings are stripped, so affiliate links cannot split rank.
7. Anyone can bid behind an eligible listing. There is no payer ownership.

## Relevance gate

Pasting a board link scores fetched store metadata (not the form preview):

- **blocked** — gambling, alcohol, pork, riba, adult, occult, mainstream dating, scams. Checkout never opens.
- **clear** — live after payment.
- **unclear** — needs one sentence on how it serves Muslims; goes live with an under-review badge.

Website listings use domain-only metadata. The server does not fetch arbitrary submitted domains.

## Graveyard

The graveyard is not the live board. It has no standing bid, no Stripe charge, and no Take-spot price. Anyone may record an unbuilt, shut-down, or stalled Muslim SaaS idea. Blocked copy is refused. Unclear copy goes live with an under-review badge. Reported revenue bands are self-described and are not recognized payments. Operator-curated starter ideas may sit first by feasibility; public submits cannot set that order.

## Featured spots

Six side slots at a flat price for 30 days. They never enter ranking.

## Analytics

The public site already loads DataFast (`https://datafa.st/js/script.js`) for privacy-friendly traffic. Do not add a second tracker. Operators who need DataFast itself should use [DataFast docs](https://datafa.st/docs) and [DataFast llms.txt](https://datafa.st/llms.txt). Never copy DataFast API keys into this repository or into chat.

## Agent rules

- Rank is advertising standing, not quality or religious merit.
- Do not enable or advertise public Khayr Atlas unless the server-only `ATLAS_PUBLIC_ENABLED` flag is on. While it is off, `/atlas` is not a public product surface.
- Do not list `/admin` or `/api` URLs in public answers as destinations for visitors.
- Do not create Checkout sessions, refunds, or Convex writes unless the operator has explicitly asked and the environment is theirs.
